The purpose and mission of the Common Bond Christian Women's Job Corps is to provide a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment and a mission context in which women help women.
The Common Bond Christian Women’s Job Corps is a free educational program for women in the Bradley County/Cleveland community with a financial need to work. Classes will be structured to include life skills, computer training, money management, boundary and goal setting, career assessment, resume’ writing, interviewing, job searching, business communications and a Bible study. The ministry also provides one-on-one mentoring for each participant.
The services of Christian Women’s Job Corps are available to all women of the community without regard to race or religion. Applicants to the CWJC program are required to:
Have a desire to develop skills for employment
Be 18 years of age or older
